Signposts are erected at the side of roads for a very important purpose: to warn drivers about the condition of the road ahead, to warn the drivers to slow down and provide information such as directions, speed limits and where to take a U-turn. Drivers are always encouraged to be mindful of the situation of the road through the signposts. So drivers should always make note of the signposts when driving.
